There are so many places where music would be great, but there is no electricity available nearby. On the beach or
the street, in the woods or the backyard you can now get great sound, excellent tone and credible, powerful musical output. There is nothing else available that can give you the performance of the TX Series.
All models use a standard 12V sealed battery which can operate up to 8 hours. The 3o watt Taxi models and the 5o watt Limo models provide two different variations on the same technology for transportable tone.
NEW for 2002 are the
TXE's, our most portable and compact battery powered system, the TXB50E Bass Bus, plus the NEW portable molded enclosures for the rest of the Taxi & Limo models. These new enclosures have enhanced bass response, and are lighter and more transportable than ever before!
Guitar Player magazine recognized the TX30 as the "Editor's Pick" and it is easy to see why. The TX30 is available in either High-Viz yellow or Midnight black. With the two channel operation, you can combine two instruments at once, or an instrument and high impedance microphone. It set the new standard for battery powered amplification.
After an amazing response to the Taxi, we developed the 50 watt step-up Limo models available in Midnight black. The Limo model includes a very full-featured vocal (or clean) channel with high and
low impedance inputs, full EQ section and DSP. The instrument channel features a foot-switchable distortion with independent EQs for clean and distortion tones and DSP. With the CD inputs, playing along with any outside musical material is a breeze.
All Taxi models feature a unique cabinet design, which allows use as a high angle monitor,
low angle monitor, or can be placed on-end for use as a standard speaker. ALS" stand mount makes the Limo perfect with a microphone and instrument for acoustic soloists.
